The UK variant of this examination is exclusively focused on UK corporate law. Conversely, the Global variant encompasses a broader spectrum of legal systems, incorporating aspects of UK law, albeit in less detail, and also includes elements of other legal traditions, such as Sharia law, among others.
Candidates are required to complete only one CBL examination. The choice of which variant to undertake—whether the UK-specific or the Global version—rests with the individual candidate.

If you do not meet these requirements you can complete ACCA's FIA qualification. Entry to the ACCA FIA qualification does not require any prior qualifications. After passing all 7 exams, you become eligible for entry into the ACCA qualification.

Students are advised to start with the BT, MA & FA exams, proceed to the CBL, PM, TX, FR, AA & FM exams and conclude with SBR, SBL & 2 exams from APM, ATX, AAA, AFM.
