What does the FR exam look like?

The Financial Reporting exam features three distinct sections within its examination framework. Section A consists of 15 objective test (OT) questions, each valued at two marks. Section B includes three questions, each totaling 10 marks, composed of five objective tests valued at two marks apiece. Section C encompasses two constructed response (CR) questions, each worth 20 marks.

What previous qualifications are required to start the ACCA qualification?

To start your ACCA qualification you need to meet their entry requirements, these are different per country.

If you do not meet these requirements you can complete ACCA's FIA qualification. Entry to the ACCA FIA qualification does not require any prior qualifications. After passing all 7 exams, you become eligible for entry into the ACCA qualification.

In what order should I take the ACCA exams?

Students are advised to start with the BT, MA & FA exams, proceed to the CBL, PM, TX, FR, AA & FM exams and conclude with SBR, SBL & 2 exams from APM, ATX, AAA, AFM.

I have enrolled onto an MPES course, what else do I need to do?

To sit for your exams and achieve the qualification, you must register as an ACCA student with the ACCA.
