What does the SBL exam look like?

This examination has a total duration of 3 hours and 15 minutes, which includes time allocated for reading, planning, and reflection. The assessment comprises an integrated case study divided into three tasks, cumulatively worth 100 marks, and it is mandatory to complete all tasks. Marks allocated for Professional Skills are incorporated within the total marks for each task.

This exam is offered once every quarter. March, June, September & December.

What previous qualifications are required to start the ACCA qualification?

To start your ACCA qualification you need to meet their entry requirements, these are different per country.

If you do not meet these requirements you can complete ACCA's FIA qualification. Entry to the ACCA FIA qualification does not require any prior qualifications. After passing all 7 exams, you become eligible for entry into the ACCA qualification.

In what order should I take the ACCA exams?

Students are advised to start with the BT, MA & FA exams, proceed to the CBL, PM, TX, FR, AA & FM exams and conclude with SBR, SBL & 2 exams from APM, ATX, AAA, AFM.

I have enrolled onto an MPES course, what else do I need to do?

To sit for your exams and achieve the qualification, you must register as an ACCA student with the ACCA.
